Since August 22, 2019, purchases at the expense of own and extra-budgetary funds in Consortium Leader of MBIR Reactor International Research Centre, Limited Liability Company are carried out under the Federal Law No. 223-FZ dated July 18, 2011 "On Procurement of Goods, Works, Services by Certain Types of Legal Entities".
Consortium Leader of MBIR Reactor International Research Centre LLC operates in accordance with the Uniform Industry Procurement Standard (Procurement Regulations) of Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation, approved by the Advisory Board of Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation (Minutes No. 37 dated February 07, 2012), posted on the official website on placement of orders for procurement of goods, works and services for the needs of Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation: www.zakupki.rosatom.ru.
He was born on November 13, 1953 in Kirovabad city of Azerbaijan SSR in the family of a serviceman.
1976: graduated from the Faculty of Radio Engineering of Yerevan Polytechnic Institute.
1986: defended his thesis for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences on the topic: "Pattern Recognition in Near Field Radar."
1996: graduated from Penza State Technical University with a degree in Law.
2000: completed a course at the Manchester Business School and the German Academy of Management on a program for senior management personnel. In 2002, he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic: "Target Detection and Identification in the Surface Region by Radar Methods."
From 1976 to 1978, he worked as an engineer at the Ashtarak branch of the Central Research Institute "Kometa" (Ashtarak, Armenian SSR).
